Wow.... Okay.... I'm really sorry, everyone. I haven't been blogging for almost 20 days. I've just been so busy with so many other things, and I almost forgot about my blog. I'd just like to say that I will be taking a little bit of a longer break, but don't worry, I will definitely be back soon.
Ever wondered how a SITH LORD would create a blog? Well, here it is!

A Glance into the Past: DaS Entertainment
In the past few days, I have been looking for somethings cool to
post on my blog while I prepare my stories. If you go on the Internet quite
frequently, you will most likely know about archive.org,
the place to find all sorts of awesome things that are no longer available on
the web. While looking on the Wayback Machine (a.k.a. the thing on archive.org which allows you to travel back
in time to see loads of website screenshots), I found a website entitled “das-entertainment.com.”
After looking at a few more screen dumps, I realised that this website was the
predecessor to bathtub-productions.com,
which was Damien Valentine (a.k.a. Darth Angelus)’s main website before codedtransmission.com and chroniclesofhumanity.com. I managed
to download a few files from here, including the original poster to Damien’s
first part in the four-part machinima series Star Wars: The
Darkness Saga (http://www.das-entertainment.com/gallerythingy/images/poster3.jpg), Falling into Darkness, as well as the original poster for part two (http://www.das-entertainment.com/gallerythingy/images/poster%20by%20nessa.jpg), The Darkness Consumes. After some really good hunting I found a huge collection of short
stories (the stories were: Escape and Discovery, War, Falling into Darkness, The Day I Joined the New Republic, Sacrifice and New Command) which tied into the series,
a large character profile and timeline (https://web.archive.org/web/20080510224613/http://www.bg-hunter.tk/), along with a lot of other things.
What
I was really excited with though were the videos. 4 videos, not available on
YouTube, Vimeo, or any other site for a matter of fact. The four videos were: Battlegroup Hunter, which is a little
bit of an introductory to a small group that Damien was part of, Star Wars: Episode II & III Teaser,
which is a trailer to Star Wars: Episode
II – The Darkness Consumes and Star
Wars: Episode III – Armageddon, Star
Wars: Falling into Darkness Trailer, which was the original trailer to Episode I – Falling into Darkness, and,
the best of them all, Star Wars: Episode
I – Falling into Darkness, which is NOT the 2005 machinima fan film by Bathtub
Productions, this is the original 2-D animated 2002 fan film Falling into Darkness, which is not
available ANYWHERE unless you have the link!
So,
if you want to watch these videos, follow the links (Links 1-4 are the original
AVI and RM videos, click the links and they will automatically download. Links
5-8 are the MP4 videos, click the links and you will be able to download them
from Google Drive [converted by Convertio].)

the heading, next to Home and The Complete Star Wars Legends Timeline.

Fandom Favourites, Part 2: Darth Angelus
Welcome
back to THE SITH ARCHIVES OF DARTH FANDOM!
You
might remember my first post in a series entitled “Fandom Favourites,” that
specific favourite being Joe Bongiorno’s TheStar Wars Expanded Universe Timeline. This post is not about one specific
website, but about one fan, who is Damien Valentine, a.k.a. Darth Angelus.
Damien is probably most well-known for his work on the sci-fi series Chronicles of Humanity, although he has
created some awesome stuff, his latest being Chapter 2 in an animated
adaptation of Timothy Zahn’s Heir to the
Empire novel. If you have come across Damien’s work before, you will most
likely know his video “The Death of Jar
Jar” (whether it’s the original version, The Fall of Naboo version, or the Supreme Edition), which is
hilarious and amazing and I can’t think of any other words to describe it. He
is also the creator of the machinima-styled “Darkness Saga,” which is a four-part fan-film series, containing Falling into Darkness, The Darkness Consumes, Darkness Unleashed, and A Galaxy in Darkness. In 2016, he also
created Imperials, which is a must-must-must-must-must-must-must-must-must-must-must-must-see
remake of Falling into Darkness.
Well, below is a collection of links to his various paces on the web:

A Glance Into The Past: Valhalla Returns
You
might remember my article on Han Solo and
the Lost Hungarian Legacy, which explained a whole lot about Valhalla Páholy’s Star Wars novels. Now, after some interesting searching, I have
found that only did Valhalla publish Splinter
of the Mind’s Eye, Brian Daley’s Han Solo trilogy (along with the omnibus),
and a four-book sequel series, they also reprinted many of Bantam Spectra’s
classic 1990’s novels, and the novelizations of the original trilogy. Including
the aforementioned 9 novels, they produced an additional 14 novels. Altogether,
the 23 novels are:
·
A Birodalom örökösei (The Thrawn Trilogy Book 1
– Heir to the Empire)
·
Sötét erők ébredése (The Thrawn Trilogy Book 2
– Dark Force Rising)
·
0:
ErÅ‘próba (Splinter of the Mind’s Eye)
·
1:
Han Solo hadjárata (Han Solo at Star’s End)
·
2:
Han Solo bosszúja (Han Solo’s Revenge)
·
3:
Han Solo küldetése (Han Solo and the Lost Legacy)
·
4:
Han Solo nomádjai (Han Solo at Doomsday’s Edge)
·
5:
Han Solo a birodalmi ügynök (Han Solo’s Gambit)
·
Csillagok
háborúja (A New Hope)
·
A
Birodalom visszavág (The Empire Strikes Back)
·
A
Jedi visszatér (Return of the Jedi)
·
Az
utolsó parancs (The Thrawn Trilogy Book 3 – The Last Command)
·
6:
Han Solo és a fejvadászok (Han Solo and the Bounty Hunters)
·
7:
Han Solo háborúja (Han Solo’s War)
·
1-3:
Han Solo legendája (The Han Solo Adventures)
·
Különbéke
(The Truce at Bakura)
·
Szökevények
(The Courtship of Princess Leia)
·
A koréliai
rajtaütés (The Corellian Trilogy Book 1 – Ambush at Corellia)
·
Új
Rend (The Jedi Academy Trilogy Book 1 – Jedi Search)
·
Sötét
oldal (The Jedi Academy Trilogy Book 2 – Dark Apprentice)
·
Az
ErÅ‘ bajnokai (The Jedi Academy Trilogy Book 3 – Champions of the Force)
·
Mos
Eisley mesék (Tales from the Mos Eisley Cantina)
·
Fekete
kard (The Black Fleet Crisis Book 1 – Before the Storm)
I
still am not sure if these novels are even partially official, despite the fact
that the actual interior content has been approved. Either way, Valhalla Páholy (translating as
“Valhalla Lodge” in English) sure tried to make the novels seem official, going
so far as to using the name of the father of Carrie Fisher (who played Princess
Leia), Ed Fisher, as a pseudonym for András Gáspár, who apparently “translated
Pendragon Books’ (an earlier name of Valhalla) Han Solo at Doomsday’s Edge into the Hungarian language.” The trend
of using the real author’s name as the Hungarian translator carried on through
the fake Solo novels, when Nyúlzi Zsolt (or Zsolt Nyúlzi), whose pseudonym was
Dale Avery, translated all of, well, erm, Dale Avery’s novels from English to
Hungarian.
P.S.
If you want to see the list of these fake books, along with the covers, search
for the article “Valhalla Páholy Star Wars könyvei” on Kaminopedia, which is
the Hungarian counterpart to Wookieepedia, the Star Wars wiki, or just go
straight to the link below:
